Salon Policies
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all appointments. This secures your time slot and allows our stylists to prepare for your visit. The deposit amount will be deducted from your total service cost on the day.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Lateness
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment, and your deposit will be forfeited.
Hygiene & Safety
We maintain the highest standards of hygiene. All tools are sterilized between clients. We ask that you do not bring extra guests or children to your appointment unless they are also being serviced, to maintain a relaxing environment.
